Interface of Organisational Ageing and Organisational Ecology Theory

Abstract The study aimed to conclude on the up-to-date state of organisational ecology theory concerning relations between ageing and ecology, enhanced by social ecological systems management. applied method included analytical reflective concluding, based synthesis findings from a critical literature review. It was concluded that: (i) generates some most important consequences in ecology; however, there is still no consensus what kind prevail; (ii) at population level, adaptation structures occurs with replacement old organisations that fail adapt new ones; (iii) under prevalent backdrop radical structural strategic changes, individual are subject inertial forces thus confronted limitations their success; (iv) has positive for innovative activities older companies; (v) higher density concentration industry, rates founding firms lower mortality.
